This instruction is only relevant for Annual Academic Achievements (AAA) editors.

The Research Collection contains publications that have an organisational code attached which has not yet been confirmed by a person responsible for the Annual Academic Achievements report.

Organisational codes are added to a publication but not confirmed

  • when entered by a person that does not have the permission to confirm an organisational unit
  • when entered via batch import
Confirm organisational codes via batch process
  • Login to the Research Collection with your nethz account.

  • In the left hand navigation under the Publish heading, click Confirm organisational codes

If you do not see the Confirm organisational codes menu, even though you are logged in to the system, this means that you do not yet have permission to confirm the code(s) you are responsible for. Please read up on this topic on the Academic Report instructions page.

  • The list displays all publications that have been attached to the organizational unit you are responsible for.

  • Confirm one or more code(s) by activating the checkbox next to it.

  • Confirm your selection by clicking "Confirm selected codes".

  • If you do not want to confirm certain publications and also don't want them to show up again on this page, you can select them and click "Dismiss selected codes".

  • The confirmed publications will appear within three hours in your academic report.
