Order restrictions

A maximum of three articles or chapters will be copied and delivered from printed works such as journals and books, provided that this volume does not constitute more than a third of the journal or book.

An order needs to be submitted to the Document Delivery Office for every article or chapter requested. This must not exceed a maximum of 100 pages. Only complete journal papers/book chapters will be delivered.

Both the dispatch of copies and the billing take place for each order placed.
Fax deliveries are only possible up to a volume of thirty pages.

Articles or chapters from purely electronic holdings at ETH Library:
These can only be delivered if the supplier’s licence agreement does not exclude the sending of documents. An order will therefore only be accepted once this has been verified.
